 Tonya McClain - 500hr Yoga RYT Certified; 200 hr studied with Sol Yoga in Frederick, MD.  Obtained 300hr RYT with Yoga Farm Ithica NY (a Kundalini Infused Yoga Certification), a REIKI Master, and is a Certified Meditation Teacher. 

Yoga Class Styles / Modalities specializing in Hatha Yoga (Slow/Mindful/Meditative Flow), Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Currently Studying Yogic Astrology with Life Force Academy, and near completion of SUP Yoga Certification through SUP Yoga Center Asheville NC, and Completed The 21 Stages of Meditation through 3HO International. Also, continual study of Yoga Philosophy and study of The Course in Miracles (ACIM).

Tonya is a Perpetual Seeker, FreeSpirit and PeaceMaker, aspiring to a yogic lifestyle that creates equanimity and inner-peace, directing her energy to create balance and Peace on and off the mat / cushion.

In addition to her Love of  Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, and Self-Inquiry, Tonya is the founder of the PEACE Circle Holistic Wellness LLC, a Studio offering and weaving in various modalities of holistic wellness practices (Yoga, Meditation, Sound Journeys, Special Events, and Workshops.  In addition she is the founder of the PEACE Circle  Mobile Meditation Studio (The “the PEACE Van II).

Experience as a Yoga Instructor at other Yoga Studio’s; Sol Yoga, Frederick, MD (Instructor & Volunteer Front Desk), Double Iris Yoga & Massage, Charlestown, WV (Yoga Instructor), PowerHouse Studio and Hagerstown Holistic Wellness.  In addition volunteered at numerous Yoga Festivals to include Wanderlust.

Tonya is Passionate and fascinated about Self-Inquiry and Inner Transformation and has been on this Journey for 20 plus years, she has a holistic approach to her personal practice, incorporating MIND, BODY and SPIRIT and brings that passion to all of her classes, sessions, and events.  Tonya thrives on a spiritual and wellness-oriented ethos, prioritizing well-being through practices that connect with her inner self, beliefs, aspirations and aligning with core values.  Her intention is to build community, create a safe and supportive space that will encourage practices that make a shift towards wholeness, the feeling of being Grounded, Centered, Anchored, Supported, Safe, and PEACEFul.
